This website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Beverly Ash Gilbert acting under Gilbert Designs, LLC.
The following Terms of Use govern your access and use of the Site. By accessing or using this Site you indicate your agreement to these Terms of Use. Please carefully read these Terms of Use and the related Privacy Policy before accessing or using this Site, as your use and access create a binding agreement to these Terms of Use. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms of Use, do not access or use this Site. If these terms and conditions are considered an offer by Beverly Ash Gilbert, acceptance is expressly limited to these terms.
Shipping Policy:
I am not Amazon! I ship once or twice a week. This means that your package will be processed between 1 and 7 days after I receive your order. Please note that I am an intentionally small business. It's just me over here creating artwork, writing, teaching, consulting, marketing, creating my website and being my own packaging and shipping 'department'. (Not to mention personal shuttle service to active teenagers which perhaps I should have listed first...).
Please note that book orders are shipped Media Mail within the US. International book orders must be placed through my Etsy Shop for accurate shipping charges.
I have now hired part-time help to head downstairs to my 'shipping department' and fulfill all my orders for the week at one time. I hope this works for you. However, if you need your item right away, then send me an email and let me know - please note that because this will mean bringing in part-time help specifically for your item, I will need to charge a $20 expedition handling fee.

Gilbert Designs, LLC reserves all rights in its intellectual property. You may not publish, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any of the Site Content, in whole or in part, without the prior, express written agreement of Beverly Ash Gilbert.
Please note that all photography, except as explicitly credited to someone else, was taken by, and owned by Beverly Ash Gilbert. You may not download any image without Beverly Ash Gilbert's written consent.
Blog comments:
Beverly Ash Gilbert invites comments to Beverly Ash Gilberts’s blog posts. While lively and vigorous commentary is welcomed, disrespectful, libelous, or false commentary is not. Gilbert Designs LLC reserves the right to remove any commentary that does not meet the standard of respectful inquiry/debate. In addition, while you retain the copyright, if any, in commentary and other content you submit to the Site, by posting material on the Site, you grant Gilbert Designs LLC a worldwide, perpetual, nonexclusive license to use the material in relation to published content on the Site and related publications.
